Privacy Policy

1. Our approach

Copiadd (the “App”) is designed with your privacy first. The App does not collect or transmit any of your data. Everything you enter is stored only on your device.

2. Information we do not collect

The App does not collect any personal or usage information, including:

  • Personal information such as your name, address, phone number, or email
  • The addresses, services, or other data you register in the App
  • Device identifiers, advertising IDs, or location
  • Usage analytics, access logs, or crash logs

The App does not require account registration and does not identify or track you.

3. Where your data is stored

The addresses, services, completion states, and other data you register are stored only on your device (locally) and are never sent to an external server. No third party, including the provider, can access this data.

4. Network communication

The App does not make any network connections while running (it works offline). The data used to auto-fill addresses from a postal code is bundled with the App, so no communication occurs.

The following actions hand off processing to your device’s standard OS features, and only when you explicitly initiate them (the App itself does not communicate):

  • “Share / AirDrop”: invokes your device’s share feature. You choose the destination.
  • “Export / Import”: saves or loads a backup file via your device’s file picker or share feature.
  • External links in Settings: open your browser (linked destinations are outside the scope of this policy).

5. Permissions

  • Biometric authentication (Face ID / fingerprint): used only for on-device authentication in the optional app-lock feature. Authentication data is never transmitted externally.
  • The App does not request network permissions.

6. No sharing with third parties, no ads

The App does not provide your data to third parties. It does not display ads or perform third-party tracking.

7. Use by children

Because the App collects no data, it can be used safely by people of any age.

8. Changes to this policy

We may revise this policy as needed. For significant changes, we will provide notice through an app update or on this page.
