Returns and cancellation	We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for your own convenience. We do not re-create artwork chosen using a Maker Ticket, and we do not refund Tickets. ※ If a refund is made through an app store, the Tickets obtained by that payment, and any Original Menko created with those Tickets, become unavailable (Terms of Service, Article 7).

Maker Tickets constitute a prepaid payment instrument for own business use as defined in the Payment Services Act of Japan (資金決済に関する法律).
