Child Safety Standards

These standards set out the policy of KAIMEIDO (the “Operator”) for preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in OITOKU (the “Service”).

Zero-tolerance policy

The Operator has zero tolerance for any content or conduct related to the sexual abuse or exploitation of children (anyone under 18). This includes the posting, sharing, solicitation, or acquisition of child sexual abuse material (CSAM), and any sexual contact with or solicitation of minors (grooming).

Prohibited conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on the Service:

• Posting content that depicts, promotes, or suggests the sexual abuse or exploitation of children
• Creating, sharing, soliciting, or acquiring child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Sexually motivated contact, solicitation, or grooming of minors
• Sexual depiction or sexualization of minors

Age requirement

The Service is not intended for children under the age of 13. If the Operator learns that a user is under 13, it will promptly delete the account and related data.

How to report

• Use the Report function available on each message and the Block function for a poster, inside the app.
• For CSAE-related reports or inquiries, please contact support@kaimeido.net.

Our response

Upon a report or detection, the Operator promptly reviews the content and, as a rule within 24 hours, takes appropriate action, including removing violating content and suspending the accounts of violating users. Where necessary, the Operator preserves relevant evidence and reports to, and cooperates with, the police and other relevant authorities and organizations.

Applicable laws and standards

The Operator complies with the Japanese “Act on Regulation and Punishment of Acts Relating to Child Prostitution and Child Pornography, and the Protection of Children,” and other applicable laws, and adheres to Google Play’s Child Safety Standards (CSAE) policy.
